Amazing experience with Rocky Mountain Yeti team! We had a breakdown with our rented Promaster Camper on a Friday and were towed to the dealership on Saturday. David, Ken and Jaime took really good care of us, we were able to stay in the parking lot during the weekend and use the dealership facilities. Dave even drove to the office on Sunday to keep it open for us. On Monday, mr. Bill from the service desk, tried his very best to help us, even though unfortunately the spare part was not available. At the end we had to leave the van there and Dave offered to drive us to the rental car office which we really appreciated. The guys really made us feel welcome. Great experience buying from out of state, salesman Jaime was quick to respond, answered all my questions and even picked me up from the airport when I flew in to pick up my Jeep! Excellent customer service and buying experience, used Docusign before the visit and was out of there within a half and hour on my way home for a road trip in my new ride . Highly recommend ! Bill in the service dept is great! I was on a road trip from the east coast and had truck issues in Montana. The dealership in Bozeman laughed and said they could take me in November. It was Sept 22! The Rocky Mountain Yeti team took me in the next day and fixed the truck so I could continue my trip. Highly recommended!!!
